Our Shipping Policy
At Self-Love Harbour, we are committed to delivering your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Our shipping policy outlines the terms and conditions of our shipping service, including shipping rates, delivery times, and carrier information.
Shipping Rates
We are a Hamburg, Germany, based small company and aim to provide you with fair rates. Especially the international rates will improve over time.
Currently our rates are:
- Germany: We offer free shipping on all orders above €50 within Germany. For orders below €50, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4 within Germany.
- European Union: For European Union countries, we charge a flat shipping fee of €6, and offer free shipping on orders above €80.
- Countries outside EU: we charge a flat shipping fee of €15.
Delivery Times
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping method. Typically, orders within Germany are delivered within 1-3 business days, while orders to European Union countries take 5-7 business days. Orders to all other countries may take up to 14 business days due to customs clearance processes etc..
Carrier Information
We primarily use Deutsche Post and DHL for our shipping services. For sustainability reasons, we use DHL go green, which is a carbon-neutral shipping service that supports environmental protection projects around the world.
Customs and Duties
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs and duties that may be incurred on international orders. We cannot predict or control these charges and they are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Policy
